基于LS-DYNA的掘进机截割头截割过程模拟

Simulation of Roadheader Cutting Head Cutting Process Based on LS-DYNA

应用显示动力学对掘进机截割头截割煤岩的过程进行模拟,以Pro/E、ANSYS/LS-DYNA12.1为分析工具,分截割头横切和钻进煤岩2种工况进行模拟,对结果进行后处理,得到截割头截割煤岩时截割头受到外力的情况,并对其受力情况进行分析比较。

Simulating process of cutting head in cutting coal rocks by using explicit dynamic theory, two operating conditions of cutting head in crosscutting and drilling coal rocks are simulated with the software ANSYS/LS-DYNA12.1 and Pro/E. Obtained the external forces on cutting head, and analyzed and compared working forces after statistic.
