摘要
分析了履带式液压挖掘机模块划分背景和特点,通过对它进行功能分解,建立起了功能树,结合复杂产品在功能系统上有层次性的特点,对液压挖掘机介绍了一种基于功能分解的多层次的模块划分方法,并以底盘总成为例,进行多层次的划分。该划分方法为企业实现液压挖掘机的模块化设计提供依据。
This paper analyzes module classification's background and characteristics of crawler hydraulic excavator. Through carries on functional decomposition, a function tree is established. Combining with complex product in a functional system has characteristics of hierarchy. Then a multi- level module classification method based on functional decomposition is introduced to crawler hydraulic excavators. Finally, taking the chassis assembly as an example formulates multi-level module classification. This method provides basis for realizing modular design of hydraulic excavator.
