基于模糊PID控制的焊管切割机液压性能调节系统研究

Study on Performance Regular System of Hydraulic for Welded Pipe Cutting Machine Based on Fuzzy PID Control

为了能够提高焊管切割机的工作稳定性,深入地研究了模糊PID控制在其液压系统控制中的应用。分析了焊管切割机的工作原理和模糊自适应PID控制的基本原理,并且设计了参数初始化和模糊化的基本流程;进行了控制仿真分析,仿真结果表明,模糊PID控制技术能够获得较好的控制效果。

In order to improve working stability of weld pipe cutting machine, the application of fuzzy PID control on its hydraulic system is studied in depth. The working theory of weld pipe cutting machine is analyzed. The basic theory of fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller is analyzed, and the basic procedure of parameter initialization and fuzziness is designed. The controlling simulation is carried out, and results show that fuzzy PID controlling technology can get better a controlling effect.
