摘要
垂直式波状挡边输送机凸弧段托辊在运行过程中发生辊面开裂故障。通过化学分析、金相分析、受力分析、托辊强度计算等对故障进行失效分析。结果表明凸弧段托辊剪应力疲劳强度不足,因此提出相应的措施进行优化。
During operation, the top bend roller of the vertical corrugated sidewall conveyor occurs cracking failure in roller surface. The failure analysis about this phenomenon is carried on by the chemical analysis, metallographic examination, stress analysis, strength calculation, etc.. The results indicate that the rollers shear stress fatigue strength is not enough, so this article proposes the concrete measures adopted to optimize it.
