摘要
为提高钻式采煤机传动箱的设计效率和可靠性,基于Pro/Program编制了圆柱齿轮的参数化建模程序,并利用Pro/Mechanica有限元软件对钻式采煤机传动箱齿轮接触进行有限元分析,对比有限元法和传统设计方法计算结果表明:2种方法计算得到的齿面接触应力具有很好的一致性,为齿轮强度校核提供了快速、可靠的方法。
In order to improve the design efficiency and reliability of transmission box of auger miner, parameterized modeling procedures is draw up base on Pro/Program,and gear contact of transmission box of auger miner is analysed with the finite element analysis software Pro/Mechanica. Compared with the results of traditional design method and finite element method(FEM), it indicates that contact stress of gear tooth surface of them have vepy good consistency. Consequently, FEM is a rapid and reliable method for gear strength check.
