基于蒙特卡罗方法对矿车驱动桥壳接触疲劳可靠性分析

摘要 针对矿用自卸车的桥壳和半轴套管过盈配合表面发生的疲劳失效问题,建立非线性有限元接触模型,得出过盈量和接触应力之间的关系,以及在不同载荷下接触区域应力的变化;利用"3σ"原则确定桥壳和半轴套管的工艺尺寸的分布,结合实际材料的疲劳极限分布建立相对复杂的可靠性分析模型,采用蒙特卡罗方法对各个变量抽样计算,最终得到了桥壳的接触疲劳的可靠度。提出改进桥壳接触疲劳可靠度的建议。 In view of the contract surface fatigue disruption of the mine driving axle housing and half axle tube, the nonlinear FEA mode is built. The relationship of the interference quantity and contract stress is abtained,as well as the change of the constract zone stress; The technics dimension distribution of the houseing and the tube is abtained by the "3σ"rule,the complicated reliability model is built combined with the actual material fatigue limit stress distribution,the MONTE CARLO method is adopted to sample every variables to compute,the reliability of the houseing contact fatigue is abtained. Some suggestiongs of improving the reliability of the houseing contract fatigue is brought forward.
