基于PLC的矿用电池质量检测设备方案的设计。主要包括对2个传送带和1个机械手臂3个部分的控制和设计顺序工作的工艺流程,选用西门子S7-200系列PLC设备来完成对电池质量检测设计。详细介绍了基于西门子S7-200系列PLC的电池质量检测设备方案的设计流程和PLC的基本外围硬件电路的设计。
The article is based on mining used quality of testing equipment battery PLC program design. Includes two conveyor belts and a three-part robot control and design process in order to work, use of Siemens S7-200 series PLC equipment to complete quality testing on the battery design. This paper describes the series based on Siemens S7-200 PLC battery quality testing equipment in design process and PLC's basic peripheral hardware circuit design.
