摘要
对采煤机摇臂铸造壳体的结构进行分析,经过方案论证,工艺性比较,可行性分析,成本分析,提出改造方案,将摇臂壳体改由钢板、锻件和铸件拼焊而成。对改造好的壳体进行受力分析,分析摇臂壳体的受力状态,找出其结构的薄弱点,最后进行焊接结构和焊接方式的优化设计。将摇臂壳体的各方面性能做到最优化。
Shearer rocker casting shell structure analysis, after demonstration program, manufacturability, feasibility analysis, cost analysis, the proposed rehabilitation programs. Will transform a good shell force analysis to analyze stress state in rocker static and cut coal to identify weak points of structure, and finally to optimize design of structure and welding. All aspects of performance of rocker shell to be optimized.
