通过开滦钱家营矿引进的TST钢丝绳探伤系统的应用实践,对该系统在矿井提升系统安全中的重要作用进行了总结,并通过对其探伤原理的深入分析,针对该矿实际现场环境,总结了该系统的探伤方法及注意事项,使得该系统在该矿的应用更加安全、科学、完善。

Through the application of TST steel wire rope flaw detector system which was imported by Qianjiaying mine of Kailuan,the significant role of this system to the safety of mine hoisting system is summarized in this paper, the methods and notes of this system is generalized with in-depth analysis of the flaw detection principle combined with actual mine environment. Above summarizes made the system in application of the mine more security, scientific and perfect.
