摘要 为了能够对液压凿岩机钻进速度进行有效的优化控制,深入地研究了模糊自适应PID控制技术在其中的应用。分析了液压凿岩机的钻进速度优化控制机理;研究了模糊自适应PID控制器的基本原理;探讨了液压凿岩机钻进速度优化控制精度分析的基本理论;进行了液压凿岩机钻进速度优化控制仿真,仿真结果表明模糊自PID控制技术可以提高液压凿岩机钻进速度优化的能力。 In order to have optimal control for the speed of hydraulic drill controller effectively, and the application of the fuzzy self-adaptive controlling technology on it is studied in depth. First, the optimal controlling theory of the speed of the hydraulic drill is analyzed, and then the basic theory of the fuzzy self-adaptive controlling technology is studied, and then the basic theory of optimal controlling precision of the speed of the hydraulic drill is discussed, and finally the simulation of optimal control of the speed of the hydraulic drill is carried out, and simulation results show that fuzzy PID controlling technology can improve the ability of optimizing the drill speed of the hydraulic drill.
