摘要
基于国内外煤矿喷射混凝土支护技术现状,研发了煤矿井下湿式混凝土喷射机组以及成套工艺。阐述了其设计方案、工作原理和应用情况,并与干式混凝土喷射技术进行了对比分析。实践证明,湿式喷射机组的使用,能很好地降低煤矿井下喷射混凝土时的粉尘浓度和回弹量。
Based on present status of mine shotcrete support technology at home and abroad, the paper had a research on mine wet shotcreting machine and completed technology underground mine. The paper stated design plan, working principle and applications. The paper had a comparison analysis with dry technologies. The practices showed that the application of wet shotcreting machine could be well to reduce dust density and bounce capacity during shotcreting operation in underground mine.
