摘要 为了实现对煤矿井壁压力温度的远程监测,设计一款由上位机和多个监测装置构成的新型煤矿井壁压力监测仪。监测装置内含有多个监测点。监测点由压力传感器MPX4250和单总线电池监视芯片DS2438构成,用于测量井壁压力和温度,并将数据传送给监测装置。监测装置通过nRF905射频网络将采集到的数据传送给主站,实现主站与上位机间的通信。 In order to achieve long distance monitoring of pressure and temperature underground coal mine, a new monitor of coal mine shaft lining pressure and temperature, which contains upper computer and a lot of monitoring points, is designed. Sensor is consisted of pressure sensor MPX4250 and battery monitoring chip DS2438, which is used to measure pressure and temperature of shaft lining, and it conveys the data to monitor. Monitors convey data to master station by RF Network, and it realizes the communication between upper computer and master station.
