农地征用存在的问题及解决对策——敦化市江南镇为例

Problems of the current rural land expropriation and counter measures——Jiangnan Town,Dunhua City as an example

随着我国经济的发展与农村城镇化的快速推进,土地(包括农地)征用现象突出,导致农地大量缩减,同时出现征地农民处于待业、无业,生活得不到保障等亟待解决的问题。因此,应建立就业保障机制,确定合理的征地补偿标准,被征地农户及时得到土地补偿费机制等措施,这样才能切实保护被征地农民的合法利益。

With the rapid development of our economy and the urbanization,more and more rural lands are expropriated,so many problems which invade the farmers＇ benefits arise,resulting in the unemployment of the farmers and hardly maitaining their lives.In order to protect the farmers＇ interests,suggested taking the following measures： not only establishing the employment security system,but also determining the reasonable compensation standard of land requisition and meanwhile setting up land compensation mechanism for the expropriated farmers and so on.
