摘要 细胞的氧化损伤是许多疾病发生和发展的重要原因之一,许多植物多糖(PPS)对细胞的氧化损伤具有的保护和修复作用.本文重点探讨了PPS修复受损伤细胞的机理,包括:PPS维持细胞的正常结构和形态,清除自由基,提高细胞内抗氧化水平,降低LDH和MDA含量,有效地稳定线粒体膜电位,从而增强细胞活力,降低细胞凋亡率.讨论了PPS的浓度效应,过量的PPS可能抑制细胞增殖;PPS对癌细胞表现出抑制效应;PPS抑制肾结石形成不仅归因于其可抑制尿晶体成核、生长和聚集,阻止晶体与细胞的黏附,而且归因于其对肾脏组织的保护作用. The oxidative damage of cells is one of the important reasons for the occurrence and development of many diseases. Many plant polysaccharides (PPS) have protective and repairing effects against oxidative damage. This paper mainly discussed the mechanisms of PPS on repairing damaged ding : PPS could maintain the normal cell structure and form, scavenge free radicals, improve oxidative level, and reduce LDH and MDA content, stabilize the mitochondrial membrane cell, inclucells' antipotential effectively, thus PPS can improve the cell vitality and reduce cell apoptosis rate. The concentration effect of PPS was discussed. Excess cells. The reasons that PPS PPS might inhibit cell proliferation. PPS showed inhibitory effect on cancer could inhibit kidney stones formation were attributed to that PPS could inhibit crystal nucleation, growth and aggregation in urine and prevent crystals adhering to cells, as well as PPS can protect kidney tissue.
