摘要
目的建立测定调经种玉丸中川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Hedera C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(28∶72),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为212 nm。结果川续断皂苷Ⅵ进样量在0.156~4.68μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数为1.000 0,平均加样回收率为95.13%,RSD为1.84%(n=9)。结论所用方法简便易行、结果准确、重现性好,可用于测定调经种玉丸中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of asperosaponin Ⅵ in Tiaojing Zhongyu Pill by HPLC. Methods The Hedera C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 ram, 5 μm) was used, acetonitrile -water (28 : 75) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 212 nm. Results The linear range of asperosaponin VI was 0. 156-4. 68 μg( r= 1.000 0), the average recovery rate was 95. 13%, RSD was 1.84% ( n = 9). Conclusion The used method is simple, rapid, accurate and repeatable, which can be used for the content determination of asperosaponin VI in Tiaojing Zhongyu Pill.
