摘要
目的建立小青龙颗粒中甘草酸铵的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Alltima C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为水-乙腈-冰醋酸(65∶35∶2.5),流速1.0 mL/min,柱温为室温,检测波长为254 nm。结果甘草酸铵质量浓度在15.2~114.1μg/mL之间与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=1.0。平均加样回收率为96.40%,RSD=1.67%。结论该方法简便易行,结果准确可靠。
Objective To establish the determination method for ammonium glyeyrrhizinate in Xiaoqinglongkeli. Methods HPLC method was developed for determination, H2O: CH3CN : CH3COOH (65 : 35 : 2. 5) as mobile phase, detection wave at 254 nm. Results There was good linear relationship at a range of 15.2-114. μg/mL for ammonium glyeyrrhizinate(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 96.40% and the reiative standard deviation was 1.67%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate.
