硝苯地平联合氢氯噻嗪治疗输尿管结石31例 被引量:3

摘要 目的评估硝苯地平联合氢氯噻嗪治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法将60例输尿管结石患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组29例。对照组常规给予环丙沙星0.5 g,每日2次;消炎痛25 mg,每日3次;金钱草颗粒1袋,每日3次;静脉滴注0.9%氯化钠注射液25 mL/(kg.d)。治疗组在对照组基础上同时服用硝苯地平10 mg,每日3次;氢氯噻嗪50 mg,每日2次。以治疗随访4周或结石排出输尿管作为疗效观察终点。结果两组患者结石排出率分别为90.32%和58.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);排石时间分别为(5.1±2.1)d和(8.2±3.5)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者观察期间再发绞痛需急诊处理者分别为16.13%和37.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平联合氢氯噻嗪治疗输尿管结石效果确切,值得推广。
