外侧锁定钢板微创治疗胫骨远端骨折 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨胫骨外侧"L"型解剖锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折(包括Pilon骨折)的临床疗效及手术技巧。方法对28例胫骨远端骨折(包括Pilon骨折)行采用经皮或有限切开、胫骨远端"L"型解剖锁定钢板内固定术。结果术后28例切口均Ⅰ期愈合。本组随访6~12个月,平均8个月。骨折愈合时间12~20周,平均15.2周。按照Johner.Wruhs评分方法评价疗效,结果优21例,良6例,中1例,差0例,优良率为95.8%。结论胫骨远端外侧"L"型解剖锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折(包括Pilon骨折)疗效满意,值得在基层医院推广应用。
