摘要 城市交通指挥系统是应对道路交通拥挤的最有效手段,交通信号智能控制系统是其主体。为了提高中小型城市交通管理效率,提出交通信号智能控制远程托管的解决方案。以大型城市建立的交通指挥控制中心系统为基础,依托VPN技术,研发兼容多种智能交通控制系统的通信协议,采用远程网络时延预测补偿和数据队列缓冲机制,对中小型城市交通信号控制系统实施远程集中托管。实现先进的交通控制技术用低成本得到普及和应用,为解决中小型城市的智能交通发展提供了新方法和新思路。 Urban traffic control system is the most effective means to deal with the problem of road congestion,and the traffic signal control system is its main part.In order to increase the urban traffic efficiency in middle and small cities,the concept of remote control and intelligent control for traffic signal is developed.Based on the big-city central traffic control system and VPN,the paper suggests to develop the communication protocol compatible for many kinds of intelligent traffic control systems,and to adopt a remote net time-delay compensation for the system and data queue buffering system,so as to remote manage the middle and small urban traffic signal control system.It also encourages the popularization and application of the advanced traffic control technique with low cost,providing new methods and thoughts for the development of intelligent traffic in middle and small cities.
