城市道路低碳化设计技术综述

Demonstration on Technology of Low-carbon Traffic Design

针对目前国内低碳交通多集中于战略规划的层面,缺少具体工程措施的现状,在政策与框架研究已经较为成熟的前提下,本文结合相关研究成果,对地方实行低碳道路示范性工程可利用技术要点做出综述,并提出了相应的低碳效益评估方法。

At present, the low-carbon transport research focused on strategic planning domestically and were lack of specific project measures, therefore, based on mature policy and frame study, this paper demonstrated points on grouping tech-nlogy on low-eadxm mad design, and the estimation of its beneficial result were also proposed.
