摘要
文章总结了121例食管癌患者术后肠内营养支持的方法和护理措施。护理的重点是妥善固定营养管,保证营养液的正确输注,正确的口腔护理、及时的心理护理及合理的体位。结果所有病例术后均成功施行经鼻饲管肠内营养,后逐渐过渡到流质、半流质及普食。施行经鼻饲管肠内营养期间无明显并发症发生,所有患者均痊愈出院。做好食管癌术后肠内营养支持的护理能有效地降低术后并发症的发生。
Objevtive This paper presents a summary of the methods utilized in our department for the postoperative nursing and enteral nutrition support for 121 patients with esophagus cancer.Method Critical to the nursing is proper fixationof thenutrition tube,appropriate infusion of nutrient solution,properoral nursing,timely psychological nursing and appropriate body positioning.Results All the cases were successfully cured and discharged.Conclusion Provision ofscientific nursing and postoperative enteral nutrition support to patients with esophageal cancer can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
