杭州市农村老年人健康与医疗保障状况调查

A survey of the healthcare and medical insurance accessible to rural seniors of Hangzhou city

目的了解杭州市农村老年人健康相关状况以及医疗保障情况。方法采用问卷调查形式,对老年人进行抽样调查。结果老年人收入主要来源子女赡养,52.4%的老年人一年体检一次,41.4%的老年人患病后一般不去就诊。社区卫生服务机构是47.2%的老年人就诊首选机构,76.2%的老年人对新农合总体满意。结论老年人健康意识有待加强,新农合满意度高受益面小,应加强社区卫生服务机构建设。

Objective The survey was conducted to obtain an understanding of the healthcare and medical insurance accessible tothe rural seniors of Hangzhou city.Method A sample group of rural seniors were selected to answer a questionnaire designed for the survey.Findings The survey revealed that the income of the seniors was mainly provided by their children.52.4% of the rural seniors have physical examination once a year.41.4% of them do not turn to a general practitioner when falling ill.47.2% of the senior peopletake their community health service center as their priority healthcare service institution.76.2% of the surveyed are satisfied withthe new rural cooperative medical insurance scheme.Conclusion The senior people＇s awareness of health needs to be further raised.Therate of the rural seniors＇ satisfaction with the new rural cooperative medical insurance is high while the size of the population of senior people benefiting from the scheme remains small.The construction of community health institutions should be enhanced.
