示范社区卫生服务中心的创建是深入贯彻医药卫生体制改革有关精神,促进医疗卫生资源合理分布,切实保障公共卫生服务均等化的重要载体,是破解"看病难、看病贵"问题的有效途径,其运行方式和主要成效对提升社区卫生服务整体水平有着重要的借鉴和指导意义。现对浙江部分省级示范社区卫生服务机构的模式和管理机制进行探索和研究。

Formulation of a model community health service center isin compliance with the spirit of medical and health system policy reform.It can foster scientifically distribution ofthe medical and health resources and ensure the equality of public health service.It is considered asan efficient way to solve the problem of ＂difficult and expensive to see a doctor＂.Its operation mode and main effect providea frame of reference for promoting the overall level of community health service.This paperdiscusses the organization and management of such a model community health service center.
