中医外治法防治青少年近视的临床应用

Clinical application of TCM External Therapy in treating adolescent myopia

文章对近年来中医外治法防治青少年近视的临床研究文献进行分析,总结多种中医外治法在近视治疗中的应用。中医外治疗法防治近视方法较多,临床疗效明显,使用方便、经济实用,一般无明显不良反应,是防治近视的有效方法之一,但这些疗法机理研究不足,且研究方法不够规范,严重影响了这些研究成果在临床的应用。更深入、细致的工作,才能使中医在青少年近视防治工作中发挥更大的作用。

In light of an analysis of the literature on the use of TCM external therapy in treating adolescent myopia,this paper summed up a variety of TCM external approachesfor the treatment of myopia.The authors found that many Chinese medicine external therapies formyopia prevention were effective.Thetherapies characteristic of convenience,cost saving and few side effects make them an effective alternative for the prevention and treatment of myopia.However,research of the mechanism of these treatments is still insufficient and the research approach is not of scientific standard,which may considerably undermine the clinical application of these study results.Through more thorough and meticulous worktraditional Chinese medicine can play a greater role in the prevention and control of juvenile myopia.
