基于金属光栅的谐振腔光增强现象的研究

摘要 设计了一种基于金属光栅的谐振腔,光栅的单元结构为三角形。利用时域有限差分(FDTD)方法对此结构进行了仿真,研究了光栅的周期、三角形的角度和谐振腔长度等参数对光增强性能的影响。利用SPPs的激发理论和Fabry-Perot效应理论对这种增强现象进行了理论分析,结果表明这种新型结构的谐振腔对特定波长的光具有增强效应。 We designed a resonant cavity with a metal grating.We found the phenomenon of light enhancement in resonant cavity.Using finite difference time domain(FDTD) method to simulate the structure and analyze the effect of the triangular grating period,the angle of the triangle and the cavity length to the phenomenon of light waves enhancement.We gave a theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of light enhancement by using the theory of the SPPs excitation and Fabry-Perot effect.It shows that the proposed structure of the cavity can enhance the light for some wave lengths.
