摘要
随着改革开放的深入和经济关系的调整,迫切要求改善我国公共组织形象,提高办事效率,加强公共组织伦理建设。文章通过对公共组织伦理的定义、建设的价值取向和意义的研究分析,提出了加强我国公共组织伦理建设的有效途径。
with the deepening of reform and opening up and adjustment of economic relations,pressing requirement improves our country public organization image,improve work efficiency,strengthen the public ethical construction.This article through to the public organizational ethics is defined,the value orientation of the building and the significance of the research and analysis,put forward to strengthen our country public organization ethics construction is the effective way.
