原发性高血压患者极微量白蛋白尿与动脉弹性及血压相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过研究极微量白蛋白尿(MAU)与ABPM、桡动脉反射波增强指数(rAIp75)的相关性,探讨极微量MAU对评价原发性高血压(EH)患者亚临床靶器官早期损害的意义。对EH患者分析ACR的相关因素。以ACR分组,得出收缩压(SBP)及昼夜节律等在三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组rAIp75与B组、A组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;相关分析示rAIp75及血肌酐等与ACR有相关性(P<0.05);回归分析示DSBP及病程等是独立因素(P<0.05)。本文证实合并MAU的EH患者与rAIp75及24hSBP等正相关,指出极微量MAU可能对评价EH亚临床靶器官早期损害有意义。 In the present study, we investigated the relationship between different levels of ACR, and ABPM, radial arterial augmentation index(rAIp75) , in order to identify the clinical significance of early renal damages in essential hypertension with low-grade MAU. The patients with essential hypertension were enrolled in the study to assess the association of ACR. The patients were divided into groups according to the levels of ACR. There is significantly difference among three groups for the systolic blood pressure(SBP), circadian rhythm(P〈0.05). The rAIp75 of C is significantly different from that of B and A. The ACR was significantly correlated with rAIp75,creatinine and so on (P〈0.05). DSBP and duration was the independent factor(P〈0.05). The EH and ACR patients were correlated with rAIp75,24hSBP and so on. The low--grade MAU can be made as an early sign of target organ damage in essential hypertensive patients.
