摘要
探讨乳腺分叶状肿瘤的临床特点、诊疗方法及预后。对我院2008年8月～2012年3月收治的共24名乳腺分叶状肿瘤患者进行回顾分析。结果24例中8例行单纯肿块切除术;11例行广泛肿块切除术;4例行乳腺单纯切除术,其中2例为复发后再次手术;1例恶性行乳腺癌改良根治术。所有患者术后恢复顺利,随访时间2月～5年。手术是目前已知能够根治乳腺分叶状肿瘤的唯一方法,与影像科及病理科医生联合诊治是选择合适的手术方式,避免术后复发的关键。
To study the clinical characteristic, treatment methods and prognostic factors of phyllodes tumor of breast, 24 patients with phyllodes tumor of breast admitted in the hospital from .Aug. 2008 to Mar. 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were operated. All patients were followed up, none recurrence occurred. Surgical treatment is the preferred method for phyllodes tumor of breast. Reference to the radiologist and pathologist is important for the surgeon to make the right choice.
