护士实施术后疼痛循证评估现状思考及策略

Thinking and Strategies of Nurses' Implement of Evidence-based Postoperative Pain Assessment

外科护士对术后患者伴有急性疼痛时,所采取的以证据为基础的术后疼痛评估和决策,关乎患者的术后恢复和疼痛管理整体质量。本文通过对外科护士的术后疼痛循证护理实践现状进行调查,分析不规范术后疼痛评估具体表现及弊端,从而进一步分析影响术后疼痛评估循证护理实践的障碍因素,并提出对应干预策略,旨在为有效术后疼痛管理提供依据。

For the patients experiencing post-operative pain, the assessment to the pain and decision making based on the evidence employed by the nurses are crucial to the quality of pain management and post-operative recovery. By investigating the post--operative evidence--based practice conducted by surgical nurses, the present research analyzed the performance and disadvantages of the irregular post--operative pain assessment, and further analyzed the obstacle factors. The corresponding intervention was put forward accordingly, which provide evidences to more effective pain management strategies.
