摘要
作为国家级非物质文化遗产的"苗族贾理",被称为苗族的《百科全书》,它蕴藏丰富的哲学、法律、教育和社会管理等方面的思想,又具有很高的文学价值。文章仅从"苗族贾理"社会管理的主要思想,即对管理者的要求和管理;教育为先、预防为主的管理;对违反社会伦理道德及"犯罪"惩处的管理等方面,阐述自己的观点和看法。
As national intangible cultural heritage, the cyclopedia, with a variety of ideas implied, Miao＇ s ethics are praised as the Miao＇ s En- concerning philosophy, law, education and social management. Besides, literary value is found in the Miao＇ s ethics. This paper explores the main ideas concerning social management in them, for instance, the demand and management on managers, the preference of education and prevention, and the penalties for those who violate social ethics and ＂commit crimes＂, and present some views on the ideas involved
