The Three-field Modernizations and Guizhou's Doubled Efforts

科学发展观指导下的新型农业化、工业化和城镇化有别于传统的农业、工业和城镇化建设;强调新"三化"建设,对立足省情国情,把握"三化"建设与贵州经济社会发展的内在联系,抢抓历史机遇、促进新时期贵州经济社会后发赶超,实现与全国一道同步迈入全面小康社会,具有重大而紧迫的战略意义。

At present new agricultural modernization, industrialization and urbanization are going on in Guizhou. It is argued that local conditions must be considered and doubled efforts should be made in order to narrow the differences between Guizhou and other provinces in China.
