摘要
对清朝回疆地区的民事习惯法进行了介绍,并从土地、财产继承、契约、婚姻等方面加以详细分析说明,从而揭示了伊斯兰教法在回疆社会中的重要作用。
This paper introduces the Hui people＇ s civil folk law in the Qing Dynasty＇ s Xinjiang, an- alyzes in detail land, property inheritance, deed and marriage, and reveals the important role of Islam Doctrine in Xinjiang＇ s Hui society.
