健脾补肾通络方治疗脾肾阳虚兼瘀型、进展性IgA肾病临床观察

Jianpi bushen tongluo Decoction on Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type,Progression of IgA Nephropathy

目的:观察中药健脾补肾通络方干预脾肾阳虚兼瘀型、进展性IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月～2012年6月间,中医辨证为脾肾阳虚兼瘀型、进展性的原发性IgA肾病共75例。依据治疗方法,将IgA肾病患者分为单纯中药治疗组与中西结合治疗组,分析两组患者的疗效。结果:中药组有效率为68.42%,中西结合组有效率为67.57%。两组与治疗前相比较,对于降低尿蛋白、尿红细胞及升高eGFR方面差异都具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但对于不同的病理分级,两组的疗效不同。结论:健脾补肾通络方治疗脾肾阳虚兼瘀型进展性IgA肾病有一定疗效。

Objective ：The aim of this study is to observe the effects of Jianpibushentongluo Decoction in treating progressive IgA nephropathy （Yang -deficiency of the Spleen and Kidney with Blood -stasis Pattern）. Methods：Retrospective analysis the clini- cal records of our progressive IgA nephropathy patients who presented yang - deficiency of the Spleen and Kidney with Blood - stasis Pattern between January 2009 and July 2011. There were 75 cases were involved and divided into the two groups, Chinese medicines group and the integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine group, an analysis was also carried out. Results：The total effec- tive rate in the Chinese medicines group was 68.42%, while in the the integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was 67.57%. And both groups demonstrated the significant improvement in proteinuria, hematuria and estimated glomerular filtration rate （eGFR） （P 〈 O. 05 ） before and after treatment. There were differences between the two groups in the different pathological grades. Conclusion： Jianpibushentongluo Decoction effectively induced remission of progressive IgA nephropathy with Yang - deficiency of the Spleen and Kidney with Blood - stasis Pattern.
