IGF-1与心血管疾病的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)与心血管疾病的相关性及其临床意义。方法收集心血管疾病、心血管疾病合并糖尿病、糖尿病共228例及正常对照组79例为实验对象,测量身高、体重、腰围、臀围,计算其腰臀比、体重指数(BMI),抽取静脉血检测空腹血糖、血脂,用ELISA方法检测血清IGF-1水平。结果血清IGF-1水平在心血管疾病组为(167.55±61.23)ng/ml、心血管疾病合并糖尿病组为(169.24±71.69)ng/ml、糖尿病组为(179.53±66.54)ng/ml,均高于正常对照组的(147.02±49.52)ng/ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析显示,收缩压、腰臀比、LDL-C、血糖是心血管疾病的独立危险因素;IGF-1浓度与BMI(r=0.042,P=0.049)、年龄(r=0.116,P=0.043)、腰臀比(r=0.129,P=0.024)呈正相关。结论 IGF-1参与了心血管疾病、糖尿病的发生发展。 .Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of IGF-1 and the development of cardiovascular disease (CVD) as well as its clinical significance, in order to provide new insights in improving human health and longevity. Methods 228 cases of CVD, CVD with diabetes mellitus (DM), DM and 79 healthy persons were examined. Their sera were collected. Body height, waist circumference, and hip circumference were measured. The body mass index(BMI) and waist/hip ratio were also calculated. The fasting venous blood was collected for blood glucose, blood fat determination. ELISA was used to measure the level of serum IGF-1. Results There was a significance different between the level of serum IGF-1 in the CVD group [(167.55±61.23) ng/ml], CVD with DM group [(169.24±71.69)ng/ml], DM group [(179.53±66.54)ng/ml] and the healthy group [(147.02±49.52)ng/ml] (P0.05). There was no different amongst the CVD group,CVD with DM group and DM group. Analysis display,systolic pressure,WHR,LDL-C,blood glucose is the independent risk factor of CVD. The serum IGF-1 level is positive correlation with BMI (r=0.042, P=0.049),age(r=0.116, P=0.043),WHR(r=0.129, P=0.024). Conclusion IGF-1 may be involved in the development of CVD and DM.
