IL-18与非酒精性脂肪肝的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 白介素18(IL-18)是一种前炎症性细胞因子,具有重要的免疫调节和损伤肝细胞的作用,可能在非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)中起着重要作用。现就IL-18的来源、生物学效用以及其与NAFLD的发生、发展及预后关系的研究进展作一综述。
