经济发展事实已经证明,以资源的大量消耗实现工业化和现代化,这种模式是难以为继的。发展环保产业对于推进产业结构合理调整、提高和增强区域综合实力和国际竞争能力、促进可持续发展,具有十分重要的意义。依据本文研究,要培育环保产业竞争力,需要社会各界齐心协力,即政府部门做好宏观指导、政策支持,行业协会做好组织、协调、服务等工作,企业开拓创新、提升核心竞争力。

It is very important that environmental protection industry develop and nowadays environmental protection industry＇s meaning is more diversification. According to this paper＇s research,to cultivate environmental protection industry competence,need the cooperation of the different department in the society.It means that government should take the leading position in macroscopic level,and the professional association should undertaking the task of organization,coordination and service,and so on,the enterprises should develop and innovation,and enhance their core competence,so that we can realize the goal to cultivate environmental protection industry competence.
