Innovative Design of Plastic Bottle Recycling Box

针对塑料瓶现场回收及废物利用的难题,开发了塑料瓶自动回收处理系统。回收器通过机械系统对瓶子进行回收与破碎处理,通过自动奖励系统界面与用户进行交流并对后者进行奖励。样机的使用效果表明:处理后的塑料瓶碎片微小,便于运输和利用;回收器操作简便,人机交互界面友好,且易于功能扩展。

In order to solve the hard questions of the plastic bottles recycling on the spot, automatic recycling system was developed. Recycling box not only can control the mechanical system to collect and break plastic bottles, but also can give awards to user through the automatic reward system. The use of model machine shows that the broken chips of the plastic bottles are very tiny and easy to transport and use. And the machine has the characteristics of easy operation,friendly UI and good expandability.
