摘要
基于三维设计软件SolidWorks创建了主轴箱零件实体,实现了各零部件的虚拟装配以及主传动链的传动运动,在虚拟装配时,齿轮配合、凸轮配合等不同于标准配合,除了添加必要的配合关系外还要添加辅助草图。
This paper creates entities of CA6140 spindlebox with 3D design software, and brings about the virtual assembly of chain parts and components and driving motion of main transmision. Advanced ordination such as gear ordination and cam ordination differs from standard ordination in virtual assembled. Besides adding necessary Coordination relationship, subsidiary drafts must be added.
