摘要
为了预测塑料产品在生产中可能出现的问题,通过使用Moldflow模拟软件来评估、优化产品设计和制造参数。结果表明通过塑料流动分析、冷却分析和翘曲分析,可以及时发现成型中出现的问题,最大限度地消除产品生产过程中可能出现的不足,可以取代传统的反复试模、修模等过程,从而降低制造成本,缩短开发周期。
To predict the problems of plastic products in production, Moldflow was used to evaluate and optimize the product design and the manufaeturing parameters. The simulation results showed that the possible deficiencies could be eliminated and traditional repeatedly test mode was replaced. Therefore, mauufacturing costs was reduced and the product development cycle was also shortened.
