膜样性痛经从瘀论治探讨

Discussion of the treatment of membranous dysmenorrhea from blood-stasis

论述了膜样性痛经的病因病机和辨证治疗。认为瘀是产生膜样性痛经一系列症状及体征的主要原因,它既是病理产物,又是病理因素,其病机最终演变至瘀。膜样性痛经应该从肾虚、脾虚和肝郁三方面进行辨证治疗。

Etiological factors and pathogenesis of membranous dysmenorrhea are discussed. It is thought that blood-stasis is major cause of membranous dysmenorrhea. Blood-stasis is not a pathological product,and pathological factors.And the pathogenesis of membranous dysmenorrhea would change into blood-stasis. Treatment based on syndrome differentiation of membranous dysmenorrhea should from deficiency of kidney, deficiency of spleen and liver depression.
