GC-MS法分析酸枣仁汤及其各单味药的挥发性成分 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较酸枣仁汤及各单味药水蒸气蒸馏物化学成分的差异,从而鉴定出该方经水煎煮后产生的新成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法制备供试品溶液,运用气相色谱/质谱联用(GC-MS)对复方及各单味药的水蒸气蒸馏物进行成分分析。结果:全方共鉴定出80种化合物,其中共有峰酸枣仁占17种,茯苓4种,知母17种,甘草1种,川芎37种,还发现20种不属于任何一味中药,考虑可能为酸枣仁汤经水煎煮后产生的新成分,且以1-苯基-1-戊酮的含量最高,(S)-1-甲基-4-(5-甲基-1-甲基-4-己烯基)-环己烯次之。结论:酸枣仁汤单煎与合煎水蒸气蒸馏物的化学成分存在显著差异,研究结果为酸枣仁汤及各单味药的GC-MS研究提供了方法学基础,也为探讨酸枣仁汤镇静催眠药效物质基础提供了一定依据。 Objective:To compare the separated chemical components from volatile composition of Suanzaoren decoction(SZRD) with its individual herb,to identify new components from the volatiles composition of SZRD. Methods:The volatile compositions of SZRD were obtained using a method of steam distillation. The individual chemical components were further characterized using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results:In total,80 compounds were identified,17 were belong to semen ziziphi spinosae,4 were poria,17 were rhizome anemarrhena,1 was radix glycyrrhizae and 37 were rhizoma chuanxiong. However,20 compounds were not able to be identified as any of Chinese traditional medicine. Thus ,they were suggested as new components from SZRD in which the most of them are 1-phenyl-1-pentanone and the most rest were(S)-1-methyl-4-(5-methyl-1-methylene-4-hexenyl) -cyclohexene. Conclusion:There is a substantial difference of the chemical composition between SZRD and its individual herb. The study proposes an approach to analysis SZRD and its individual herb by GC-MS and helps us to study the therapeutic role of SZRD as sedative hypnotics.
