摘要
针对传统主从式瓦斯监控系统布线复杂、信息传输误码率高等问题,提出利用LonWorks技术构建全分布式瓦斯监控系统,介绍了基于LonWorks总线的全分布式瓦斯监控系统的结构及软硬件设计。该系统由监控分站、网络控制器和监控工作站三层结构组成,其中网络控制器用于实现监控分站与监控工作站的远程通信,监控分站完成对瓦斯的现场监控。测试结果表明,基于LonWorks总线的全分布式瓦斯监控系统性能良好,在一定条件下控制执行时间不大于1s,传输误码率小于10-6。
For problems of complex wiring and high transmission error rate of traditional master-slave gas monitoring and control system,the paper proposed to build fully distributed gas monitoring and control system using LonWorks technology,and introduced structure and designs of hardware and software of fully distributed gas monitoring and control system based on LonWorks bus.The system is consisted of three layers of monitoring sub-stations,network controllers and monitoring workstations.Network controllers are used for remote communication between monitoring sub-stations and workstations,and monitoring sub-stations are used for on-site gas monitoring.The test result shows that the system has good performance,whose control and execution time is no more than 1 s and transmission error rate is less than 10-6 under certain conditions.
