摘要
简要介绍了土压平衡盾构的应用范围和特点;论述了盾构隧道开挖面的稳定机理和支护压力的计算方法。以ZTE6250复合式土压平衡盾构为例,详细介绍了该盾构的设计思路、稳定隧道开挖面的实现过程以及支护压力的控制方法。
The application range and character of earth pressure balance shield are introduced briefly;the principle of stability on tunnel excavating face and the calculating method of support pressure is discussed in this paper.On the basis of ZTE6250 compound earth pressure balance shield,the design idea of this equipment,the stability of implementation process on tunnel excavating face and control method of support pressure are presented in detail.
