The paper introduces the differences between the steel pipe pile cofferdam and double-wall steel cofferdam and steel sheet pile cofferdam and their respective application conditions with focus on steel pipe pile cofferdam construction,inserting piling,closure,plugging,dredging,and bottom sealing to promote the application of the steel pipe pile cofferdam in deep water.
