糖尿病自身免疫标志物研究的进展

摘要 1型糖尿病,免疫介导形成的糖尿病,是相当普遍的一种疾病,它发生于遗传上易感的个体。此病同一系列抗胰岛自身抗体有关,此抗体可在高血糖发生前数年出现。该文将集中介绍临床和研究工作感兴趣的几种主要自身抗体,它们是:胰岛细胞胞浆自身抗体、谷氨酸脱羧酶自身抗体、胰岛素瘤2有关的自身抗体、胰岛素自身抗体以及锌转运蛋白8自身抗体等。。 Type 1 diabetes,the immune mediated form of diabetes is a relatively common disorder that develops in genetically susceptible individuals. The disease is associated with a series of anti-islet autoantibodies and the autoantibodies can be pres- ent for years prior to the onset of hyperglycemia. This review will focus attention on several major autoantibodies of clinical and research interest which are islet-cell cytoplasmic autoantibodies, glutamic acid decarboxylase autoantibody,insulinoma 2- associated autoantibodies, insulin autoantibodies, and zinc transporter 8 protein autoantibodies.., etc.
