汉中地区Rh阴性个体D基因多态性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究汉中地区血清学方法检测表现RhD阴性个体的RHD基因多态性分布状况。方法应用PCR方法检测RhD阴性表型的个体,对特殊样本进行测序分析。结果在351例样本中,检出d/d基因型248例,占70.7%;DEL型67例,占19.1%;RHD-CE(2—9)-D/d融合基因型22例,占6.3%;DⅥ,Ⅲ型7例,占2.0%,高于国内其他地区;弱D-15型、弱D25型和Dva型各1例;弱D33型和RHD71ldelC各2例;DEL血型个体中具有C抗原者比例较高,但亦有C抗原阴性表型存在;首次在中国报道发现弱D25型和弱D33型。结论阴性表型个体中最主要的RHD基因阳性个体是DEL型,对汉中地区Rh阴性无偿献血者D基因多态性进行研究,揭示了Rh阴性个体D基因多态性,既有临床意义。也有遗传学意义。 Objective To study the RHD polymorphism in Rh negative individuals in Hanzhong. Methods All of the Rh-neg- ative individuals were carried out with RHD gene typing and the RHD polymorphism was analyzed. Results 248 cases of 351 real Rh-negative were d/d genotype which was about 70.7 %. 67 cases were DEL genotype which was about 19.1 %. 22 cases were RHD-CE(2-9)-D/d genotype which was about 6.3% and 7 cases were DVI Ⅲ genotype which was about 2.0%. The result was higher than the rest of the country. Among of the sample, weak D-15 type, weak D 25 type and Dva type was only one case. Weak D 33 type and RHD 711delC type was twocases. DEL blood group of individuals had a higher proportion of C antigen by,but also had the C antigen-negative phenotype. Weak D25 and weak D33 type found and reported for the first time in China. Conclusion The mainly RHD positive genotype is the DEL type. Study on of D gene polymorphism by unpaid blood donors of Rh-negative in Hanzhong reveals the Rh negative individuals D gene polymorphism. Ir has signifi- cance in both clinical and genetic studies.
