抗CCP抗体在RF阴性类风湿关节炎中的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Anti-CCP in RF Negative Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探讨抗CCP抗体在RF阴性类风湿关节炎（RA）患者中的诊断价值。方法对156例确诊为RA且RF阴性（〈20IU／ml）。38例非RA其他风湿病、30例非自身免疫性疾病患者、40例健康成人进行抗CCP抗体检测。结果抗CCP抗体在RF阴性的RA组阳性率为62．8％，非RA风湿性疾病组2．7％，非自身免疫性疾病组和正常对照组均为0％。RA组与非RA其它风湿病组、非自身免疫性疾病组、健康对照组两两比较，x^2值分别为44．30，39．83和50．23，各组问比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论检测抗CCP抗体对RF阴性的RA患者具有重要诊断意义。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of the anti-CCP in RF-negative rheumatoid arthritis （RA）patients. Meth- ods Detected anti-CCP antibodies of 156 RA cases （RF negatie patient,less than 20 IU/ml） ,in 38 autoimmune diseases ca- ses except RA,30 Non-autoimmune disease cases and in 40 healthy adults examples. Results The positive rate of the CCP antibodies was 62.8% in RF negative RA group,2.7G in autoimmune diseases cases except RA group,0% in Non-autoim- mune disease cases group and healthy adults examples group. Compared RA group and the RA other rheumatism group, non- autoimmune disease cases group,healthy adults examples group between two healthy controls （X2 = 44.3,39.8,50.2, P〈 0.05） ,there was very significant difference,had a statistics meaning. Conclusion Detection of anti-CCP antibody has impor- tant diagnostic significance for RF negative RA patients.
