心型脂肪酸结合蛋白与颈总动脉内膜中层厚度相关性分析

Relationship of Heart Fatty Acid Binding Protein in the Atherosclerosis and Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨心型脂肪酸结合蛋白（heartfattyacidbindingprotein，h．FABP）水平与动脉粥样硬化及脑梗死的关系。方法收集住院观察的脑梗死患者80例，同期选择健康体检者40例为对照组，检测所有研究对象血中h-FABP水平，应用颈动脉多普勒彩色超声检查颈动脉内膜中层厚度（intimal—medialwallthickness，IMT）。结果脑梗死组患者血h．FABP水平，IMT均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=13．865，7．943，均P〈0．05），且患者的h-FABP水平与IMT呈正相关（r=0．9231，P〈0．05）。结论h-FABP水平与颈动脉粥样硬化关系密切。

Objective To investigate the relationship of h-FABP between the atherosclerosis and cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty patients with cerebral infarction were chosen for the cerebral infarction （CI） group and fourty healthy people of ex- amination for the control group. The levels of h-FABP were measured,and measured the intimal-medial thickness （IMT） of internal carotid artery by carotid duplex ultrasonography scanning simultaneously. Results The levels of plasma h-FABP and IMT were significantly higher in the group of CI than those in control group （t= 13. 865,7. 943, P〈0. 05）. They had positively correlation （r=0. 923 1, P〈0.05）. Conclusion There would be a close correlation between h-FABP level and atherosclerosis.
