摘要
基于数控机床主轴进行研究,通过切削和空转振动试验了解了实际加工中的振动情况,并通过模态试验得出整机薄弱环节主轴箱对应的模态参数.对主轴的刚度进行了测试,并进行了主轴优化设计方面的探讨.研究结果可为高速主轴系统的动力学分析和优化设计提供一定的理论依据.
Based on the spindle of computer numerical control (CNC) machine, vibration of the machine during the actual procession was shown by cutting and idling vibration tests, and the corresponding modal parameters of spindle box which is the relative weak part of the machine were obtained based on modal tests. The spindle stiffness test was completed, and the optimal design of the spindle was discussed. The research result could provide a theoretical basis for high speed spindle system in dynamic analysis and optimal design.
