摘要
柔性自动化制造技术包括对制造全过程的组织、规划、运作、管理、协调与控制.根据柔性自动制造过程中多工序加工的需求,构建了一个支持多工序柔性自动加工、检测及其物流输送系统.基于搬运机器人和柔性自动精确定位夹具,实现不同工序、不同工作地的不同工件的自动输送与精确定位;采用射频识别技术,监测与识别物流及系统工作效果;基于模块化设计方法研制的系统监控软件、多目标优化生产调度软件,可实现对多工序柔性自动加工过程的监测、信息共享与集成控制.
The automatic flexible manufacturing technology includes the organization, plan, operation, management, coordination and control in the whole process of manufacturing. According to the demand for automatic multistage flexible manufacturing process, a system which supports automatic flexible manufacture, measurement and transmission is presented. Based on handling robots and flexible automatic fixtures, the system can transmit and then locate different work pieces in different places or processes automatically and accurately. The system uses radio frequency identification technology to monitor the logistics and identify the information. The monitoring software and multi-objectives optimum scheduling software can monitor the automatic manufacturing process, exchange data and integrated control.
